Alaska B&B and Vacation Rentals Midtown is newly renovated offering clean, comfortable and affordable accommodations. Each self-catered room offers king or queen bed as well as sleeping accommodations for 1 or 2 additional guests. (roll-away, futon or day bed). Some rooms have king bed that converts to 2 twins (small additional fee) and some suites also offer a private outside entrance. All guest rooms have private bath, robes & slippers, TV/VCR &/or DVD, phone access, high-speed internet and WiFi, clock radio, CD player, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, make-up mirror, extra pillows and blankets.
Guests have access to a full kitchen, fax, computer, Ipod docking station and free off-street parking. There is a large book and video library as well as a computer available for guest use at no additional charge. Some guest rooms have view of the mountains while others enjoy a view of our lovely garden filled with colorful perennials and Mountain Ash and fruit trees. We are conveniently located for easy access to anywhere in Anchorage. Our location 4 miles from city center and 3 miles from the airport and is within 1 block of a city bus stop.
Restaurants are nearby with easy access to Fine Dining within 1 mile. Off-street parking is available. An EMAIL address or phone number is required to forward directions, parking and entry instructions. It is VERY IMPORTANT to note that the property is lovely and private HOWEVER this is an unattended vacation rental property and can only be accessed with a code sent to the guest in advance of their arrival. We cannot be responsible for lost deposits or payments if the booking agent or guest fail to advise us where to send this entry information. The only attendant is a housekeeper when needed and a phone inside to reach the office in another location.
