You’ll think you’re at summer camp on the beach when you stay at Le Bambou. Each little airconditioned bungalow is paneled top to bottom in wood and equipped with streamlined, no-nonsense furniture. The family-campground quality and beach-party spirit make it impossible to have a bad time. A local band plays every night after dinner in the huge openair dining room, and you won’t be able to resist joining the crowd on the dance floor. Walkways wind through the landscaped grounds to connect the modest duplex bungalows with the pool, beach and dining area. Watersports equipment is available at the beach. You can walk into town and to the ferry dock at the marina.
