Hotel Im Wasserturm is an exclusive luxury hotel that recently opened inside the 130-year-old former water tower (Wasserturm). At its initial construction, it was the largest such tower in Europe and now is among the most extravagant hotels in Germany. Rooms are modern, elegant, and luxurious. The Michelin star restaurant La Vision serves French cuisine and has lovely views from its location on the 11th floor. The restaurant d^blju “W” is modern, serving international and nouvelle cuisine (yes, that really is their name). Although a bit south of the old town, this hotel is a fantastic place to stay or eat.
