Formerly Wellesley Inn and Suites Phoenix Metro Center. On or about October 31,2004 this property will officially become an Extended Stay America Hotel. ESA Phoenix-Metro Center is located in the heart of the Metro Center Business District and surrounded with entertainment opportunities for all ages. Our Suites offer spacious separate living and sleeping areas with fully equipped kitchens. Additional offerings include; High Speed Internet, complimentary continental breakfast, a comfortable patio area with a heated outdoor pool and BBQ area allow for outdoor activities. This suburban property has good curb appeal with an Arizonian flair. ExtendedStay is perfect for the leisure and corporate traveler. One pet is allowed per guest room. A 25.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted.Housekeeping: 7 nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis. Refresh service is provided on the 3rd night and full service on the 5th or 6th night. This cycle continues to repeat itself, as the guest says longer.
