We have added this small and friendly downtown hotel to our list because they have extremely good rates for people who would like to linger a while in Chiang Mai. They offer the following long-stay rates: one month, 7,000 Baht; two months 6,500 Baht; and three months for 6,000 Baht. That’s less than $2 per day! All 39 rooms have private bath, are air conditioned, have a small refrigerator and television. Normal daily rate for a room with breakfast is 800 Baht.
