Stockholm is one of few capitals in the world, perhaps the only one, where ballooning is allowed right over the city center. The balloons in stockholm are allowed to fly as low as 150 m (450 feet) above ground, which makes this a unique experience. Atrip in a hot air balloon is an exciting adventure on its own, but the view over such a beautiful city as Stockholm makes it spectacular. The only downside is the price. Expect to pay 1,500-2,000 kr/$160-220 for a tour that lasts about two hours. Some companies can have special offers, so shop around before you make any decisions.
