Based in the Cap Estérel car park in Agay, offers half- and full-day mountain bike rentals, including helmet and gloves. They provide trail maps or you can join a group for a guided bike tour into the massif. You can also find out about cycling conditions and services from the Association Municipale des Sports et Loisirs de Fréjus AMSLF, which sponsors regular Sunday morning group rides, starting from the town tourist office. For times of the group rides and other cycling information, contact Section AMSLF Cyclotourisme, Salle Sainte Croix, Avenue du XV Corps, Fréjus.
