La Cave is the very model of a casual bistro, crowded, buzzy and relaxed. The menu is enormous, full of comfortably familiar dishes and reasonably priced, with changing specials chalked on the blackboards around the room. Zucchini flower fritters, soupe au pistou, grilled sardines, aïoli, magret de canard are among the options.
