Cayman Villas manages numerous properties on Grand Cayman and on the Sister Islands.Aside from its most luxurious properties, Cayman Villas also offers properties for the average traveler. Over 100 properties, some starting at $99 a night, are represented. “Cayman Villas specializes in beachfront condos and private houses ranging from economy to deluxe, from studios to seven-bedroom properties.
Most condos are on Seven Mile Beach. Most private houses are at Cayman Kai, but there are many other quiet beaches around Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman, on which we also have villas. Guests can be on their own private beach and in the midst of all the action.”Cayman Villas’ offerings include The Great House on Seven Mile Beach (see page 91). This third-floor apartment was used by The Firm filmmakers. Cayman Villas also offers The Green House, another luxury villa away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach. (see below), Travel agents can book Cayman Villas properties up to 13 months in advance.
“We hold 13 months on the calendar and The owner tells us when he wants his villa. If you call some condominiums, they don’t know if the owner might want the property so they can’t book far in advance.
