Josef Schwaiger, one of Barbados’ best known chefs, and chef/patron Thomas Harris joined together to create one of the best dining experience in Barbados. The menu is international haute cuisine with a fusion of Caribbean and Asian flavors. Originally a plantation home on the water, the restaurant retained the original structure with just slight modifications. The dining area nestles between the garden of the home and the ocean. There are 10 waterfront tables, and about 20 others with views of the Caribbean. Two gazebos are slightly elevated on the edges of the garden and are perfect for a private and romantic meal. Open for dinner nightly from 6:30 to 10 pm.
