Palm Bay Beach Club Hotel and Resort is within walking distance of the island’s capital, George Town, and is just seven miles from Exuma International Airport. Amenities include a white, sandy beach, large swimming pool, full range of water sports, beach bar serving barbecued meals, a Full-service, but casual, outdoor restaurant, and shuttle service to George Town. The resort has over 40 beachside cottages and hillside villas, and you have a choice of studio, one-bedroom, and two bedroom units. If you’re a golfer, you’ll really enjoy the challenge of the new Four Seasons, Greg Norman Signature Golf Course at Emerald Bay, just a short drive away. Whether you love to snorkel, swim, wander along a deserted beach or relax in the sun, the Palm Bay Resort offers something for everyone: white sandy beaches, the island’s largest freshwater pool, sea kayaks, and two obie Cats for the exclusive use of guests. The water is shallow and calm, making it safe for children. There are several restaurants on-site, or you can enjoy an evening out at one of the nearby restaurants in George Town. The Pool Bar & Grill has calypso music and a great view. Accommodations include 40 private, beachfront cottages, townhouses, and inland villas, most of which have panoramic views of the gardens, bay and the ocean. All are painted in bright, Bahamian-inspired colors. Choose from studio, one- or two-bedroom cottages all with ocean, garden or pool views. All of the studio units, and the one- and two-bedroom cottages feature designer furniture, queen size beds, air conditioning, tile floors, fans, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, two-burner cook top stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, purified drinking water system, private covered porch, telephone/ computer hook-up, cable TV, ironing board, hairdryer, queen-size beds, and pull-out couches in all oneand two-bedroom cottages.
