Bok Tower Gardens,has been delighting visitors since opening in 1929. Located on peninsula Florida’s highest point (a whopping 298 feet above sea level), its drawing cards include a 57-bell carillon in a tower made of pink and gray Georgia marble and coquina stone. Its recitals are held daily at 3 p.m. and clock music is played every half-hour starting at 10 a.m. The 128-acre attraction also has dozens of gardens that are lush with azaleas, camellias, ferns, magnolias, oaks and 126 bird species.
