Undeveloped park, notable as a breeding ground for elephant seals, where more than 3.000 of these large marine mammals come ashore to mate and give birth to baby seals. Guided tours offered during breeding season, Dec.-Mar. Also tidepools. Whale-watching in season, usually in November. Open daily 8am until sunset. Day use fee: $6.00 per car.
