The sparkling white resort villas at Mango Bay Resort were built in the late 1980s and there is room to expand along the hillside. On beautiful Mahoe Bay, about 15 minutes north of Spanish Town, the villas (from one to three bedrooms) can be rented for a day, week or month. Most stand on the beach shaded by palm trees and a few others are in a garden area nearby. Designed for casual living and comfort, the ground-level suites have Italian and French furnishings with silk-covered sofas and marble tables. Each has a sleeper sofa in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen, including that great vacation aid, the dishwasher. There are kitchenette facilities on the deck so you can barbecue and eat outside. These suites (there are two in each villa) can be combined to form a three-bedroom apartment. Studio rooms on the upper level of some villas have white woods and kitchenettes. Daily maid service is a plus and for an additional fee management will provide a local cook. Giorgio’s Table is on Mahoe Bay’s waterfront. Mahoe Bay is a beautiful secluded beach with a reef to snorkel and snorkel gear and kayaks are available for guest use. Mango Bay Resort is the rental agency for two exclusive villas adjacent to it.
