Location, location, location and the food is outstanding too. When BVI Steak House was located in Road Town it was a top dining option, but its new location overlooking Carrot and Cane Bays makes it unbeatable. Sunsets seem to last forever, so come for a drink before dinner. Owned by a transplanted New Yorker, this restaurant is both a steak house and an Italian eatery. The Italian specialties include several pastas with homemade sauces, lasagna, eggplant or chicken parmigiana, and shrimp scampi. Filet mignon, rib lamb chops or pork chops are served with a starch and vegetable. Starters include shrimp cocktail, bruschetta or tomato-onion salad. The garlic bread is made in-house. Try it. They serve wine by the glass and have a large cocktail menu. Reserve for dinner in season. Casual chic attire.
