Symes-Zee Eatery is a fine place for traditional Dominican fare, but the real attraction is the Thursday night entertainment provided by top Jazz musicians, including owner Timothy Symes (who owns Symes-Zees Villa in the mountains above Laudat). Open Monday-Saturday, 9 am to midnight.
