For a look at the waters off George Town aboard an authentic replica of a 17th-century Spanish galleon, join a cruise aboard the Jolly Roger. The ship has three masts and 110 pieces of rigging and is thought to be about the size of Columbus’ Niña. Cruises vary from the afternoon family friendly pirate cruise to the romantic sunset sail. The pirate cruise takes travelers on a two-hour sail along the coast of Grand Cayman, complete with staff in period dress to recall Cayman's pirate past. Kids love the cruise for the chance to literally walk the plank, fire the cannon or hoist the mainsail.
