Guana Island

Guana Island

A privately owned island, Guana is much larger than Necker. Its 840 acres lie off Tortola’s northeast coast. Once a Quaker sugar plantation, it is now home to the exclusive Guana Island Club. There are no public amenities on Guana and access to the island is limited to hotel guests, who are picked up by launch at the Beef Island dock.

There are seven beaches on Guana Island, two of which are accessible only by water. You can snorkel, windsurf or sail to them. There is one tennis court, a croquet field and lots of interesting hikes through the nature reserve.
