Atmosphere is the main lure, but the food is as good (and as expensive) as you would expect it to be at a Hyatt. Ask to sit outside on the faux stone ruin terrace overlooking the lagoon and sea. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and will keep you sufficiently full through most of the day. The dinner menu includes mixed seafood grill and a surf-and-turf with lobster. Sunday brunch is an island tradition that just got better with the arrival of Chef Miguel Garcia, who likes guests to linger over his decadent dishes and made-to-order creations.
