Come hungry. It’s all you can eat, and you’ll want to eat a lot. First, you create a feast from the bountiful salad bar that features traditional goodies, plus delicacies such as portobello mushrooms, hearts of palm, and grilled red peppers. Cheese bread and a nice selection of cooked veggie dishes are brought to your table. Stop there if you’re a light eater or vegetarian – otherwise, summon the strolling meat carvers. They cruise the dining room carrying a skewer of meat (beef, chicken, pork, and lamb) and a large carving knife. If you would like a serving of whatever they are carrying, simply signal, and they will slice off a generous portion for you to take onto your plate. If you’d like to try another selection, signal again. When you think you can’t eat another bite, stop signaling. Pace yourself, and save room for one of the excellent desserts.
